You've Got This

Alright so you are now aware of some small but impactful changes that you can make to start your healthier lifestyle.  The biggest, and hardest part is sticking with these changes.  Results will come!  Be patient, it will take time but your body will appreciate all of the good you are doing for it and it will show you the result eventually.  Keep your head up, smile, and stick with it.  Change is only accomplished through perserverance and dedication!

  1. Nothing comes instantly when it comes to your body. Society today has gotten use to everything being almost instant. Learning and changing your body in any way, however, isn't instant. Sticking with a healthy lifestyle in the long run will better improve your body in many ways and make you feel good overall. But this can also be applied to the opposite. If you stick with an unhealthy lifestyle your body won't be able to keep up with everyday activities and you won't feel very well either. So try your best, persevere and dedicate to yourself to your body!

  2. I love your statement in this blog "Change is only accomplished through perseverance and dedication .You can't expect something to change unless you are willing to sacrifice and work hard. Personally I always been wanting to loose weight but, I am not dedicated or motivated enough to go to the gym as much. I believe motivation plays a big role in one's health also.
