Small Changes
Another aspect of your lifestyle that you need to address, in terms of making healthier decisions, is your diet. A common misconception is that a diet is a decrease in caloric consumption. A diet is what you eat, plain and simple, what you eat is your diet. Now if you are consuming 500(or more) calories than you are burning throughout your day, it would be a wise decision to cut out some of those calories. Nothing major to start with, maybe just don't eat that candy bar for a snack drink a glass of water instead. Maybe don't have that extra cup of coffee! Small changes, start today!

Hello my good friend Caleb. Great to see you're blogging, this is a surprise to us all. I think that your topic is a good one! This is actually something I struggle with because I love food so much. I know I workout a lot so I don't have to really worry about counting calories or anything like that, but sometimes I sneak in sweets and sugary drinks that I shouldn't be consuming. Making healthy food choices will eventually add up and your body will notice the difference. But my season just ended so my body should expect a lot of treats for the next ten days, yummmmm!
